If not for the distance , we would certainly avoid this place .
Compared to orillia home hardware , OMG! These guyssucks .
They should be sent to Orillia for on the job training for customer service.
There's a lady at customer service desk who has no idea what customer service is
About . She is rude , unwelcoming or I guess most of them make you feel unwelcomed.
Product choices are limited so you might as well take time and go Orilla .
Believe me , worth the drive .
